The Powersports Business quarterly survey of powersports dealerships in the U.S. and Canada is the most comprehensive survey of its kind in the industry. The Q2 2013 survey, prepared in conjunction with RBC Capital Markets, includes responses from 186 dealerships from 44 states and Canada, both metric and V-twin. More than 80 percent of the respondents to this particular survey are single-store locations. Nearly half of the respondents generate $1 million to $5 million in revenue in a typical year. The Q2 2013 survey includes questions related to revenue; business conditions; inventory levels; new and pre-owned unit sales; P&A sales; service sales; F&I sales; customer traffic; customer buying interest; and more.
