Klock Werks sues NASCAR driver

Klock Werks Kustom Cycles is suing NASCAR driver Clint Bowyer after the company claims Bowyer didn’t pay for work done to his bike.

Klock Werks claims in a suit filed May 2 in South Dakota that Bowyer didn’t compensate the company for nearly $31,000 in customization completed in 2009, reported The Daily Republic of Mitchell, S.D. Bowyer argues that he agreed to “certain promotional services and special accommodations within NASCAR and related publications” in exchange for the work, and he never agreed to pay for the services. Bowyer said he fulfilled his end of the deal.
