Otis Hackett Group, NCM Announce Alliance
Powersports consulting firm Otis Hackett Group, Inc. (OHG) has teamed with NCM Associates, Inc., a 20 Group facilitator in the automotive industry, to provide 20 Group services to powersports dealers.
OHG, LaPorte, Ind., offers a variety of specialized training services, including regional sales and F&I training seminars, individualized on-site training programs, and OHG Academy – a training center where candidates learn real world skills for key dealership management positions inside an actual working dealership.
Formerly known as Nicholas, Campbell & Morrow, NCM Associates, Overland Park, Kan., was established in 1947 to manage automotive dealerships in Kansas City, Mo. Since then, they have worked with thousands of dealers worldwide for 20 Group facilitation, bootcamps and seminars, training and consulting, dealership valuations and mergers and acquisitions.
Plans call for a NCM representative to work with each 20 group throughout the year, facilitating three to four off-site meetings to discussed challenges and opportunities.
