Richard Kimes has been appointed National Marketing Manager at Helmet House, Inc., Calabasas Hills, Calif.
According to Bob Miller, President of Helmet House, Kimes will work building key brands including Shoei, HJC, Tour Master and Cortech in concert with Director of Products Mark Gandy and National Sales Manager David Kane.
Kimes brings over 16 years experience in national and global integrated marketing and advertising to his new position. He has run his own marketing strategy consultancy and served as the Account Director of American Suzuki's powersports division for Dentsu USA's Colby & Partners. Prior to that he has held a variety of key positions with national advertising and communications firms working on the marketing, branding and retail efforts for several leading brands including Cadillac, Acura, Gateway Computers and Lockheed Martin Corporation. He also spent six years as a marketing instructor at the nation's leading design school, the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, Calif.
