MIC Holds Annual Meeting in Indy
Attendees of the Motorcycle Industry Council’s annual meeting, held during the Dealer Expo in Indianapolis, were provided an overview of industry performance for 2004, and heard what the organization’s objectives are for 2005.
Larry Little, MIC Chairman, Board of Directors, and Vice President and Publisher, Cycle World Magazine, talked of MIC accomplishments for 2004 and identify key objectives for 2005; Gary Chistopher, MIC Vice Chairman, and Senior Manager Motorcycle Press and Motorcycle Sports for American Honda Motor Co., Inc., updated the audience on the activities of Discover Today’s Motorcycling (DTM), the media and consumer outreach program of the Motorcycle Industry Council; and Richard Curtin, Director, Surveys of Consumers, University of Michigan, offered members insights on consumer confidence and buying habits. Actor and motorcyclist David Alan Grier provided comedic relief.
