Aftermarket company hires business development director

TCX Boots has tapped industry veteran Michael “Tex” Mawby to oversee new business and brand development for the high-end motorcycle boot brand. In his new role, Mawby will serve as a liaison to the TCX headquarters.
“I am incredibly excited to work with the TCX Team both here in the US and in Italy,” said Mawby. “I see tremendous growth potential for TCX to become the true premium motorcycle boot brand in this country.”
Mawby has a solid track record of success in the motorcycle industry. He is the former president of Gerbing Motorsport after he was with REV’IT! Sport USA for several years as their Eastern US and Canadian sales manager. Mawby has been an avid rider and amateur road racer, winning four national championships with AMA, WERA and the USCRA road racing series. In his spare time he buys and restores vintage motorcycles. Mawby currently lives in Philadelphia.
