Hisun hosts inaugural dealer council in Texas

Eight top-selling dealers hosted at McKinney UTV/ATV assembly plant

Hisun Motors Corp USA hosted its inaugural Dealer Council in February. Eight of Hisun’s top-selling dealers from across the U.S. were invited to the corporate headquarters and assebly plant in McKinney, Texas. Hisun’s top executives expressed their gratitude to the high performing dealers and were excited to hear dealer feedback.

After the introduction, the dealers were given an extensive tour of Hisun’s headquarters. A highlight of the tour included the massive parts warehouse, with more than 2 million parts in inventory. The tour also involved vehicle dyno testing, assembly areas, quality control and ended in the showroom that includes the modified Baja 1000 Hisun Strike side-by-side built by the Georgia Southern University Eagle Motorsports team among its models.

Shane Wilson, vice president of engineering and operations, shared the expansive accessories program that Hisun is developing and will be releasing within the year. Marketing manager Andy Kirkdorffer introduced the sophisticated new online parts ordering system known as Hisun Service Hub. Dealers are able to easily access interactive parts books and order parts directly in the Service Hub. The Service Hub also contains vital resources and information for dealers to grow their businesses, such as sales information, access to online form submissions and much more. The new Hisun Service Hub will be released to all dealers within the year.

The latter part of the meeting was an open forum to address the concerns and challenges the dealers faced in 2015. At the end of the meeting, Hisun executives and managers, as well as the dealers, felt confident about obtaining mutual success in 2016.

Hisun Motors Corp USA is the wholly owned subsidiary of Hisun Motors Corp, which manufactures all Hisun products in a state-of-the-art 7.1 million-square-foot facility in China. Established in 1988, Chongqing Huansong Industrial (Group) Co. Ltd. distributes side-by-sides, ATVs, golf carts and motorcycles worldwide through subsidiaries and distributors.
