Aftermarket company launches all-new website

News Release

With increased functionality, a much more responsive dealer locator and even multi-store/multi-lingual capabilities, the all-new ANSR website has gone live. There are plenty of features packed into the fully responsive site, including more product images and an exclusive “Racewear Fit” page, all designed to support the dealer. Perhaps the biggest improvement, at least in the eyes of dealers, is what the revamped site doesn’t have: There is no “buy it now” button!

“We do not sell retail direct… period,” says Senior Director Apparel Brands for Tucker Rocky/Biker’s Choice, Phil Davy. “We invested specifically in improving the Search Engine Optimization and enhancing the Authorized Dealer Locator function. Beyond conveying the correct brand message, www.answerracing.com directs all consumers to their local retailer.” Plus it looks pretty cool, too.

ANSR Website

“Not only does the new design look great, but it highlights the features of ANSR products,” adds brand manager Randy Valade. “The site is fully responsive, which means it will look great in all media sizes, including mobile phones, tablets and laptops. It is also Multi-Store and Multi-Lingual — offering both English and French, as well as GeoIP Targeting.”

So what does the geek speak really mean? “Bottom line is that it should bring more customers to our authorized dealers,” Valade cuts to the chase. “Every part of this site has been built with the concept of making it searchable… and once they find what they are looking for, driving those inquiries directly to the closest dealer.”

On the front end, customers can focus on the new gear, ANSR athlete bios enabling young riders to view their profiles and see what products they use and even a product reviews option where users can offer their opinions of items they purchased in the past. But it is the backend that was developed with the dealer in mind. “Think of the site as a sales pro working as an extension of your dealership,” explains Davy.

“For example, the Racewear Fit page explains the features and benefits of our advanced technology and superior materials,” he says. “It is like an advanced level college course in protective gear… well at least the CliffsNotes version with all the essential information presented in one convenient place.” Augmenting the tech talk is a full page of sizing information for helmets, gloves, pants and jerseys, along with even more helpful tips.

“This really is more than a simple re-skin of the old website or bold new graphics,” concludes Davy. “It is the tool to ‘answer’ the needs of ANSR dealers.” Test ride it yourself, follow this link: http://answerracing.com
