AIMExpo announces new industry veteran addition to its team

The American International Motorcycle Expo (AIMExpo) announced today the addition of motorcycle industry veteran Kevin Nixon to the growing AIMExpo team. Nixon will serve as the marketing manager for the powersports market’s largest show, which was recently named one of the fastest-growing trade shows in North America. He will be based out of the Marketplace Events Motorcycle Group’s Irvine headquarters. An avid motorcyclist and vintage-racing enthusiast, Nixon joins the team after spending the last five years with Twisted Throttle, a leading motorcycle accessory distributor, manufacturer, and AIMExpo exhibitor since the show’s inception in 2013.
Nixon’s prior marketing experience and in-depth knowledge of the motorcycle industry will serve him well in his new role with AIMExpo, where he will focus on further developing integrated marketing communications programs across exhibitor, dealer, consumer and media channels.
“I’ve had the opportunity to be involved with AIMExpo as an exhibitor since the inaugural event just a couple of short years ago,” said Nixon. “I’m looking forward to lending my experience, both industry marketing and on-site at the show, to the team’s vision to add value to the industry and provide an unparalleled experience for all attendees.”
