Shorai batteries lands first OEM supplier contract

As the first original equipment manufacturer contract for Shorai LFX™ batteries, this joint venture with Erik Buell Racing is the perfect platform to feature Shorai’s industry leading advantages over traditional lead acid batteries with 20 percent faster starting performance and 80 percent lighter carrying weight. Further details of the new partnership will be announced in the coming months, with major news expected in early October. This is the second major business announcement for Shorai LFX™ batteries in as many weeks, following last week’s announcement with Earnhardt Ganassi Racing, showcasing Shorai’s quickly growing brand recognition among leaders in the power sports and automotive racing industries.
