BRP recalls 10,200 Ski-Doos for fire hazard

BRP has recalled 10,200 model year 2013 Ski-Doo snowmobiles because the fuel pump inlet fitting can come into contact with the oil tank and break, leading to a fuel leak, which can pose a fire hazard.

Freeride, Grand Touring, GSX, MX Z, Renegade, Skandic and Summit models are included in the recall. View the full list here.

BRP has received three reports of fires, but no injuries have been reported. BRP has notified registered consumers about the recall. Customers are being asked to contact their BRP dealer to schedule a repair.
