Suzuki is pleased to announce the release of the full 2013 motorcycle and scooter lineup, with updated and new models joining the 2013 motocross, ATV and street motorcycles previously announced this year.
The diverse line of 2013 Suzuki motorcycles and scooters was introduced at Suzuki’s annual dealer business meeting held this year at the Rio All-Suites Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas and includes updated sportbike, Boulevard cruiser, Standard motorcycle and Burgman scooter models.
The 2013 sportbike models include the original ground-breaking high-performance Hayabusa model, which features the addition of all-new Brembo Monobloc front brake calipers for 2013 and the GSX-R1000, GSX-R750 and GSX-R600 models — the ultimate race-developed sportbikes designed to Own the Racetrack.
For 2013, the GSX-R line celebrates the landmark of over 1 million units produced, and Suzuki is celebrating this monumental achievement with a limited edition GSX-R1000 model featuring a custom finish and commemorative badge located on the front fork upper bracket which identifies the limited production number of the unit. This limited edition GSX-R1000 model is limited to only 1,985 units worldwide to commemorate 1985 — the debut year of the GSX-R line.
The Boulevard cruiser lineup receives new models for 2013 including the all-new C90T B.O.S.S (Blacked-Out-Suzuki-Series) — a powerful 1500cc touring cruiser with a sleek, customized all-black finish and black hardware. The C90T B.O.S.S. also features a full touring package with hard side bags and a tall windscreen.
Standard versions of the C90T and M50 are also available for 2013. The flagship M109R muscle cruiser is available for 2013, including the M109R Limited Edition model with customized two-tone finish and graphics. The Boulevard lineup for 2013 also includes the C50 Special Edition — a customized version of the popular C50 model that features a two-tone finish and cast wheels.
The GW250 also joins the Suzuki lineup for 2013. This all-new Standard model is a lightweight street bike delivering outstanding performance, all-purpose versatility and efficient fuel economy. With a liquid-cooled, fuel-injected 248cc two-cylinder engine, complete chassis package and aggressive-styling, it’s the perfect bike for beginning street riders.
The Burgman 650 ABS also joins the 2013 lineup — Suzuki’s flagship scooter model that continues to offer riders exceptional performance for the city or highway with incredible fuel efficiency and the ultimate in rider convenience and comfort. For 2013, the Burgman 650 ABS features updated gauge displays and sleek new body styling that gives the scooter a new, slimmer appearance.
In the Adventure motorcycle segment, the V-Strom 650 ABS and V-Strom 650 ABS Adventure return to the Suzuki lineup for 2013. The V-Strom 650 ABS Adventure is exclusive to the U.S. market and features a full touring package including hard saddlebags, a height-adjustable windscreen and accessory bars, offering riders a great option for adventure touring and long-distance riding.Click here for reuse options!
