ProfitX is the only event in the powersports industry whose primary attendees are the dealer principal or owner. They come to ProfitX seeking NEW ideas and NEW ways to operate their businesses more profitably. These principals have made a conscious decision to invest three days and $1,000 to discover ways to improve their business.
ProfitX’s intimate business setting fosters new business relationships. Our attendees expect the expo hall to provide as many solutions as the educational seminars. Because of this, we limit the number of exhibitors to 50 companies.
For 50 select exhibitors, ProfitX is “quality vs. quantity.” You can hand out and collect hundreds of business cards for your sales reps to follow up on at the industry’s Dealer Expo in February. At ProfitX, this is the one chance each year for suppliers to have a meaningful conversation directly with decision makers and set specific next-steps to be taken after ProfitX.

✓ Provide powersports product for resale at retail level (either directly or indirectly through a distributor)
✓ Provide a service for retail businesses
✓ Ability to serve customers across North America
✓ Commitment to staff your booth with employees capable of speaking at the Dealer Principal level
✓ Commitment to follow up expeditiously with attendees after ProfitX Conference & Expo
AND, your product or service must help a dealer with at least one of the following:
✓ Decrease costs
✓ Increase revenue
✓ Improve efficiency
