At the request of its dealer partners, Garage Composites will be providing regional sales training starting next month and continuing throughout the summer.
The sales training will be geared toward all industry sectors: V-twin, metric and European brands, and accommodate dealer schedules. The trainings will be held over one day but done on back-to-back days so dealers can send multiple people and still appropriately staff their stores.
“The one-day training events will not only feature proven sales strategies but also provide on-hand exercises to ensure participants fully grasp the concepts,” said Emily Sistrunk, director of education for Garage Composites, an industry training and 20 club leader that works with more 350 motorcycle and powersports dealerships across North America.
Key sales strategies that will be featured at the training include:
- A breakdown of the steps of an effective sales process;
- An understanding of the psychology behind the sale;
- A discussion on how sales is a transfer of enthusiasm and how that can significantly impact profit margins.
