iMotorsports acquires Indian Motorcycles of Orlando

Indian Motorcycles of Orlando has been sold from its previous owner, EagleRider, to Tim Walter and Haider Saba, co-founders of iMotorsports, according to a press release from Performance Brokerage Services. The dealership will operate under its same name of Indian Motorcycles of Orlando, though under the iMotorsports umbrella, and remain at its current location of 1150 Jetport Drive in Orlando, Florida.

Indian Motorcycles of Orlando was established in 2014. It features a 20,000-square-foot facility offering Indian Motorcycles as well as used Harley-Davidson, Honda, Yamaha and BMW motorcycles, parts apparel and accessories.

EagleRider pioneered the motorcycle rental concept in 1992. Now, with more than 100 locations worldwide and the largest motorcycle travel company, EagleRider created a full-service motorcycle experience.

The buyers, Tim Walter and Haider Saba, co-founded iMotorsports in Elmhurst, Illinois. iMotorsports is one of the largest pre-owned motorcycle dealers in the country. Following their purchase of Indian Motorcycles of Orlando, the buyers commented, “Having worked with Juan Pardo & George Chaconas on our acquisition of St. Pete Powersports, we asked them to represent us in our second acquisition. I have found them to be very professional, honest, reliable and always on top of making things happen. If you are looking for a dealership broker to help you in the sale or purchase of a dealership, I highly recommend Performance Brokerage Services.”

George C. Chaconas, the representative for the buyers, and the head of the National Harley-Davidson and Powersports Division for Performance Brokerage Services commented, “Our greatest compliment is repeat and referred business. Thank you to iMotorsports for the opportunity to be of service.”
