Dealership burglarized during Hurricane Irma

Florida dealership Tampa Bay Power Sports had several dirt bikes valued at more than $38,000 stolen during Hurricane Irma. The dealership released details of the break-in and posted a surveillance video of the incident on its Facebook page:

“On September 11, 2017, deputies responded to a business burglary at Tampa Bay Power Sports, 13521 North Florida Ave. When deputies arrived, they discovered that multiple unknown suspects had rammed the side of the business with an unknown type vehicle. Once inside the business, the suspects removed 7 dirt bikes, valued at over $38,000. During the burglary, the suspects also damaged multiple motorcycles by pushing them over, breaking mirrors, tearing bumpers off, etc. 

Anyone with any information reference these suspects is asked to call the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office at 247/8200 or anyone with any information regarding the identity and whereabouts of these suspects and who wants to be eligible for a cash reward is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-TIPS (8477), report anonymously online at www.crimestopperstb.com or send a mobile tip using our P3 Tips Mobile application, which is a free download for iPhones, iPads and Droids.
