Harley-Davidson CEO Levatich compensated $9.3M in 2016

Harley-Davidson CEO Matt Levatich was compensated $9.3 million in 2016, according to the 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders notice.

This compensation is a total of salary, bonus, stock awards, optional awards, non-equity incentive plan compensation, changes in pension value and non-qualified deferred compensation earnings and other compensation, totaling $9,350,303. 

Levatich earned approximately $6.5 million in 2015 and $5.4 million in 2014.

John A. Olin, senior vice president and chief financial officer, made $4.8 million, and Lawrence G. Hund, president and chief operating officers, HDFS, was compensated $2.9 million in 2016.
