New Harley-Davidson dealership planned for Pennsylvania

Pending final approval, the owner of a Harley-Davidson dealership in Parryville, Pennsylvania, plans to build a new location in a neighboring township, according to an article in Lehigh Valley Business.

Bob Eggstein, owner and president of Keystone Harley-Davidson (Parryville), says the new facility will be a relocation of the Parryville store, though he is considering keeping both locations open. 

“It’s got a lot of potential,” said Eggstein, who said that the new dealership’s proximity to a grocery store and a number of retailers will make it less of a destination dealership. “This location gives us the best of both worlds.”

The Whitehall Township, Pa., dealership will be 32,000 square feet, with space for service, PG&A and rentals. 

“It’s a huge opportunity for the brand. For the Harley brand to come back to the Valley is big news. Our brand is a very community-oriented brand, as well,” Eggstein added.
