Arctic Cat snowmobile crash case to go to a jury

Arctic Cat has lost its appeal in a snowmobile death case. The OEM had appealed a judge’s decision to let the case go to a jury, however the Michigan Supreme Court has turned down the appeal, the Associated Press reported.

The families of Karen Schwark and Edith Bonno allege that the reverse alarm on the snowmobile was defective. The snowmobile they were on went in reverse off a cliff on Mackinac Island in Michigan, killing the two in 2010.
