Chester’s Fort Lauderdale Harley-Davidson gets new ownership

George C. Chaconas, partner at Performance Brokerage Services and head of the National Harley-Davidson and Powersports Division, announces the sale of Chester’s Fort Lauderdale Harley-Davidson in Sunrise, Fla.

George C. Chaconas exclusively represented E.B. Chester and his partners in the sale of their Fort Lauderdale Cycles, LLC dba Chester’s Fort Lauderdale Harley-Davidson dealership located at 201 International Parkway in Sunrise, FL 22031.  In less than four months of listing the dealership for sale, the transaction closed and the new owners, JSFM, LLC, took over and renamed the dealership Alligator Alley Harley-Davidson.

The dealership will continue to operate in its existing location at 201 International Parkway in Sunrise, FL 22031.

The buyer’s corporate office is located in South Florida, and Chester’s Fort Lauderdale Harley-Davidson’s close proximity was a perfect strategic acquisition for them.  The high profile and very profitable dealership was a great opportunity to expand and grow through another acquisition.  Chaconas also sold the buyer Harley-Davidson of San Jose, California, in 2015.

Currently, the buyer owns the following Harley-Davidson dealerships:

Doc Holliday Harley-Davidson of Glenwood Springs, Colorado – http://www.dochollidayharley.com/

Lane Splitter Harley-Davidson of San Jose, California — http://www.lanesplitterhd.com/

Stinger Harley-Davidson of Medina, Ohio – www.stingerhd.com

Chaconas commented: “It was a pleasure working with E.B. Chester and his team to help facilitate this very large and complicated transaction.   Since I had helped the buyers acquire another Harley-Davidson dealership in the past, we were able to work very well together to make this transaction happen.  I wish both parties the best of luck and congratulations on another deal done!”
