Michigan dealership to build new store with 3 test tracks

Zeigler Motorsports in Kalamazoo, Michigan, has begun construction on its new facility, which will include an 85,000-square-foot dealership and three outdoor test tracks.

The dealership will sit on 12 acres and will include 25,000 square feet for off-season indoor storage for customers’ vehicles, reported MLive.com. A motocross, junior track and off-road track will be built on 29 acres to the south of the store. The tracks will be offered for potential buyers who want to demo units, current customers who want to ride their vehicles and others.

Zeigler Auto Group, which owns more than 23 automotive dealerships in four states, bought 10 powersports franchises from M&M Motorsports last year. After adding even more brands, Zeigler now carries: Arctic Cat, Bad Boy Off Road, Can-Am, E-Z-GO, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Suzuki and Yamaha.
