Harley-Davidson dealership’s building gets new owner
Harley-Davidson of Palm Beach has traded hands for $7.5 million, according to the The Real Deal, South Florida Real Estate News.
The property, at 2955 45th Street in West Palm Beach, includes a 26,048-square-foot building on approximately 2.3 acres of land. Harley-Davidson of Palm Beach previously occupied the space for the past 20 years and sold to Awainer LLC.
Gaston Miculitzki of Brightway Properties, who represented the buyer Ariel Wainer, commented, “I brought it to the group of clients I have, and they always go for a deal that has a national tenant inside. I offered it to them, and they liked it, and they moved forward.” The contact for the purchase was signed in one day.
The dealership recently re-signed a 20-year lease.
