Previous Harley-Davidson York campus sold for $4.5 million

The York County Industrial Development Authority (YCIDA) in Pennsylvania has sold the Harley-Davidson west campus to NorthPoint Development, according to the York Dispatch.

Authority chairman Jack Kay said the Kansas City-based NorthPoint Development plans to develop a 750,000 square foot industrial building on the property and has already submitted its $40 million development project to Springettsbury Township. The new development could create more than 650 jobs.
