Scott Fischer Enterprises announces new president, GM

Scott Fischer Enterprises, with six Harley-Davidson dealerships, has announced two new appointments on its management team. Sean Delaney has been promoted to president of Scott Fischer Enterprises, and Ryan Raleigh has been named general manager of Rocket Harley-Davidson in Huntsville, Ala.

Sean Delaney named president of Scott Fischer Enterprises

Announced publicly today, Scott Fischer Enterprises has officially named Sean Delaney as the company’s new President. Building on their twenty-seven years of success, the move is the first in the company’s plan for reinvention.

Founded and led by Scott Fischer with co-owner John Greene, Scott Fischer Enterprises is a management company that owns and supports six Harley-Davidson locations (Six Bends Harley-Davidson in Fort Myers, Fla., Naples Harley-Davidson in Naples, Fla., Rocket Harley-Davidson in Huntsville, AL, Blue Ridge Harley-Davidson in Hickory, NC, and Thunderbird Harley-Davidson and Duke City Harley-Davidson, both in Albuquerque, NM).

Delaney will assume the role of President in title effective today and in position, effective July 1. An employee of Scott Fischer Enterprises for twelve years, he previously served as General Manager of Naples Harley-Davidson before moving to Albuquerque, NM where he most recently worked as the General Manager of both Thunderbird Harley-Davidson and Duke City Harley-Davidson. Delaney was selected for the position based on his proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and growth goals, his commitment to organizational health and his ability to develop future leaders within the company.

Fischer and Greene will remain active within the company. Fischer will continue his role as CEO, providing direction on company growth and leading the company’s strategic philanthropy efforts, including the Scott Fischer Enterprises Fund. Greene, a partner in the business, will still serve as Chief Branding Officer and Sales Director.

Ryan Raleigh joins Rocket Harley-Davidson as GM

Rocket Harley-Davidson is excited to announce their new General Manager, Ryan Raleigh, effective this month. Raleigh has been an employee of Scott Fischer Enterprises (SFE) since 2009 and is the former general sales manager at Thunderbird Harley-Davidson in Albuquerque, NM. In his new role, Raleigh will be tasked with general oversight of the dealership, sales performance, customer service and other management responsibilities.

Before Raleigh joined SFE, he worked with Hewlett-Packard and was responsible for building an inside sales team before quickly moving into the field District Manager position, and ultimately overseeing more than $165M in annual revenue, a 100 percent increase from when he first took the position. His experience continued within SFE, serving in multiple leadership roles leading up to his promotion to general manger of Rocket Harley-Davidson.
