J.Juan will manufacture brake systems in China in late 2014
After several years of manufacturing and supplying braided brake hoses, J.Juan Brake Systems Group’s plant in China (Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province) will start manufacturing complete brake systems for high-displacement motorcycles, the company announced.
J.Juan said the decision is “due to the fact that the major motorcycle manufacturers are establishing plants in Asia and also because the Chinese motorcycle market is increasingly demanding higher technological motorcycles, which will lead to the need of reliable ABS brake systems with European quality, that is what J.Juan can offer.”
J.Juan China has started to build the assembly area for calipers and master cylinders, and soon, CNC machine units will be added. The bleeding process it is already working with much success, J.Juan said, as currently bleeded brake systems are being supplied from J.Juan China to CFMOTO.
