Yamaha Motor Canada is proud to introduce the revised 2014 Super Ténéré and all-new Super Ténéré ES. With a ton of new features, the Yamaha Super Ténéré’s are truly fully loaded all-round Adventure Touring machines.
New for 2014, the Yamaha Super Ténéré comes standard with cruise control. A new LCD multi-function meter display, LED signals and tapered aluminum handlebars and risers are a few other upgrades. Even though Yamaha added more horsepower and torque, the 2014 Ténéré has a MSRP of $16,499, which is the same as the 2013 model. The Super Ténéré will be offered in Deep Purplish Blue Metallic and Matte Grey Metallic and available in dealerships by the end of April.
Complete with all the great features of the base model, the Super Ténéré ES (Electronic Suspension) model is packed with advanced rider assistance technology for the highest level of engine and chassis control. Using a multi-function switch, the easy-to-use KYB electronically adjustable suspension can be fine-tuned while on the move.
Also included on the ES is the latest D-MODE switchable mapping for refined town and sport settings, and a 3-stage traction control system. With a height-adjustable seat, heated grips and 4-position adjustable screen, the Super Ténéré ES gives the rider power, control and adjustability. The ES model will be available in dealerships by the end of April with a MSRP of $17,499 and offered in Matte Grey Metallic.
