Industry gets involved in big surprises

In recent days, both Bennche, maker of ATVs and side-by-sides, and dealer Ride Now Powersports Tucson have been involved in putting big smiles on a couple kids’ faces.

A Bennche side-by-side was used in a surprise involving 4-year-old Marie Garcia and her father Jose, a member of the Air Force. Marcie Garcia and her mother were treated to a ride around the Texas Rangers’ field on a Bennche side-by-side. Bennche is the official ATV and side-by-side of the Ranger and the Dallas Cowboys. What the girl didn’t know was that her father, who had been on a deployment, was there to surprise her. He joined her on the ride. To see NBC 5’s video of the reunion, click here.

Ride Now Tuscon treated a 14-year-old boy named Dominic to a new 2013 Sea-Doo GTI SE 130 through Make-A-Wish Arizona. Dominic has brain cancer, and he enjoys racing PWC with his father, so he told wish granters he wanted a new Sea-Doo, Tucson News Now reported.

“With more than 400 eligible Arizona wish kids currently waiting for their one true wish, having the support of local businesses like RideNow helps our organization grant more wishes every year,” Reich said. “We could not continue to grow the number of wishes we grant without the help of our donors, both individual and corporate.”
