Southern Honda Powersports in Chattanooga, Tenn., is the subject of an investigation by state and federal authorities after the dealership was accused of selling units that were unsafely assembled and others that were recalled but unfixed before being sold.

The agencies are responding to a complaint by former Southern Honda marketing consultant Ernest Vickers III.
