Former Harley-Davidson director Jenik joins PSN

Al Jenik, a 19-year veteran of the Harley-Davidson Motor Co., has joined PowerSports Network as general manager. Based at PowerSports Network’s Sussex, Wis., headquarters, Jenik will work with the company’s management team to implement business growth plans while establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships and dealer relationships within the powersports industry.

Jenik held a variety of positions in the sales division at Harley-Davidson, including dealer development rep and district manager, before becoming director of dealer services in 2008. Jenik was the driving force behind several initiatives, including the CONNECT CRM program and Harley-Davidson’s industry-leading Dealer Performance Groups and Dealer Consulting programs, which grew to more than 200 dealer members. The initiative improved sales and profitability of its participants by more than $28 million annually. Most recently, Jenik served as vice president of dealer development with Tracker Marine Group.

“As our company has worked to assemble a suite of innovative products to support the powersports universe, we have sought to enhance our strategic business team as well. We are excited to add Al’s dealer sales process and profitability expertise to this talented lineup,” said Gwyn Price, vice president of sales and marketing for PSN.

Jenik has a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Cardinal Stritch University. He and his family will relocate to Milwaukee.
