Kawasaki plans big New York reveal of 2013 Ninjas
Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A., has planned a “Ninja Times Square Takeover” to unveil its 2013 Ninjas.
The celebration will span along Broadway from West 45th Street to West 47th Street. The Sept. 13 event will run from 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. It’s open to the public, and a live stream will also be available.
“Times Square is recognized as the ‘crossroads of the world,’ and we’re thrilled to be able to share our brand of motorcycle enthusiasm with such a large, diverse group of New York residents and visitors,” marketing director Chris Brull said.
The event will feature music, special celebrity guests, a selection of older motorcycles and a giveaway of two new Ninjas. Stage presentations, stunt riding by Jason Britton, autographs from Ryan Villopoto and drag race instruction by Rickey Gadson will complement other free activities for individuals and families. Much of the event will be displayed on a large screen above the street.
