Dealer hosts benefit concert for daughters of fallen police officer

Central Texas Harley-Davidson held a Benefit Concert for the daughters of Jaime Padron on May 12, 2012. This purpose of this event was to raise funds to go in to the trust set up by The 100 Club of Central Texas for Jaime’s two daughters.

A Memorial Ride took place to kick off the event. Throughout the day, there were seven live musical performances, including Dennis Quaid performing with Dysfunkshun Junkshun, food and beverage sales, a silent auction, a raffle and dunk tank and bounce houses for the children. The APD Pipe and Drum Corps performed immediately following the presentation of the colors, as well.

The Benefit Concert was a great opportunity for the community to come together, have a fun time, and support a much needed cause. By the end of the event, over $20,000.00 was raised for the trust. This event proved to be a huge success and we have our Harley customers & community to thank for helping make this happen.
