DFK teams up with Yamaha on side-by-side cab enclosures

Yamaha Parts and Accessories, a division of Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A., announced the immediate availability of DFK Cab’s Viking, Viking VI, and Wolverine hard cab enclosure systems.

“DFK’s tried and true offering of hard cab enclosures allow our owners who live in the colder regions to use their Yamaha side-by-sides all year-round,” said Frank Pittman, vice president, Customer Support Group, Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A. “They have been making hard cabs for years and have become synonymous with the cab enclosure market.”

Using the OEM protection frame, these modular systems have lockable doors, are 180-degree openable, as well as easily removed, while being made of steel frames. The roof is made from sheet metal and contains noise reduction upholstery while an additional hot water cabin heater kit is available for installation.

“We are honored to be chosen by Yamaha to supply cabs to their dealer network, said Mike Kelly, vice president of DFK America, Inc. “Our cab designs are built to last the life of the vehicle, and to be associated with the quality level of the Yamaha product is a testament to the goals of our company”.

These modular cabs, with front and rear windshields made of a combination of safety glass and hard-coated, UV treated polycarbonate, give Yamaha side-by-side owners the best visibility with no drilling necessary during installation.

Every cab includes a spare parts catalog and an assembly manual and is available to order immediately from Yamaha authorized dealers.
