After 15 years with Tucker Rocky and Bikers Choice, Jennifer Robison announced that she has left the company and has launched her own dealership consulting and coaching business, Robison Retail Results, Inc.
Robison has been a presenter at several industry events over the years, including Profit Xcelerator, Powersports Business Institute @ AIMExpo and the Powersports DEALER Seminars @ AIMExpo. She has also worked with many 20 groups on the topics of showroom presentations and PG&A business.
Robison created the “Brand in a Box,” a visual marketing tool for dealers to create a custom look and feel for showcased brands. She plans to offer dealers a line of displays and fixtures for those ready to create updated showrooms that look cleaner, function better and create sales.
“The idea is to make it simple and easy for dealers to make investments in the PG&A department and the tools used in those areas,” she said. “The PG&A department has growth ability — believe it! It always comes down to a simple factor: How relevant is your store to shoppers and your regular customers today? Truly consider, when is the last time you have invested in the store’s physical state?”
