Aegis gets ready to ‘Play dirty’

Aegis Powersports has unveiled a new fall promotion aimed at supporting off-road vehicle sales for its dealer partners. The promotional campaign combines print, digital and televised media support with new marketing materials to help partner dealers boost profits when selling off-road units. The campaign is expected to kick into high gear over the Labor Day weekend and run through the end of November.

Sporting a new tagline — “Play dirty” — Aegis’ fall promotion campaign urges riders to protect their off-road units, so they can spend more time in the dirt enjoying their new rides. New marketing collateral and print advertisements are being deployed in support of the campaign. In addition, Aegis Powersports has sponsored a segment on the new television show “Motorcycle Startup” that informs viewers about the benefits of the various F&I products sold at their local dealerships. The segment will air on Comcast SportsNet Bay Area.

“We’re excited about this new promotional campaign,” said Robert Large, senior vice president of Products and Marketing for Aegis Powersports. “Unlike our competitors, we embrace the fall off-road riding season and are proud to support the sales efforts of our dealer partners. Our new ‘Play dirty’ campaign focuses on the very reason you buy an off-road unit — to enjoy getting off the pavement and onto the dirt.”
