PowerMadd signs sponsorship deal

Wyoming, Minn.-based PowerMadd has become the presenting sponsor for the GBC Motorsports Heartland Challenge.

“We’ve always enjoyed working with Andy and Tracy Kyner with the IATVHSS (Iowa Hare Scramble Series). They are great promoters and do an amazing job with the Iowa Hare Scramble Series and have grown the GBC Motorsports Heartland Challenge to a premier powersports event,” PowerMadd president Randy Shimanski said. “We are excited to be lending our support for both the Heartland Challenge as well as the IA Hare Scramble Series.”

The 2015 event had a record-breaking 159 teams from 20 states in attendance and even included racers from the U.K. Racers competed in 18 classes across four different races, all vying for trophies, cash payouts and a year’s worth of bragging rights. The Challenge is held annually in Carlisle, Iowa, with this year’s dates being Aug. 19-20.
