Norton launches bike line in Japan

Officials from Norton Motorcycles were in Japan in mid-April to launch the brand’s reentry into the country after a 30-year absence.

The British Embassy in Tokyo hosted Norton CEO Stuart Garner and head of International Sales Joe Adams, along with the Japanese dealer network, as Norton Japan launched the Commando 961 line. Norton has worked to build its Japanese dealer network over the past 18 months.

Following the dealer party, Garner and Adams met with Richard Buttery, the First Secretary Head of Trade at UK Trade and Investment, and Matthew Matsumoto-Prouten, MBE Second Secretary.
