Lonski & Associates has expanded its workforce to five full-time employees with the April addition of Rob Schuetz, who spent a decade working alongside company president Henry Lonski at BRP. It’s Lonski’s first hire since 2009, and it’s a sign of growth in the industry.
“There are a lot of dealers wanting an additional option to recruit,” Lonski said earlier this month. “Today I picked up five positions between two dealerships.”
Lonski’s expanding team of recruitment associates now includes Schuetz, who also formerly worked at Piaggio Group Americas and Segway. His primary focus will be performing extensive retained and contingency searches for clients in the marine, powersports, motorcycle, aftermarket and outdoor recreation industries.
In addition to deep marketing and events experience, Schuetz has worked at many levels of OEM, aftermarket and retail operations, recruiting and managing a diverse array of employees, from retail sales and field reps to IT department technicians. Schuetz also possesses a strong background in information technology, having configured SAP enterprise resource systems.
