Kolpin Outdoors Inc. has hired Glen Urquhart as director of customer care. Urquhart will report directly to president/CEO Tom Lutes and be responsible for overseeing and spearheading Kolpin’s internal and external customer service.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Urquhart brings exceptional product and powersports industry knowledge. Prior to joining Kolpin, Urquhart spent 20 years in aftermarket distribution with Tucker Rocky Distributing and Motorcycle Stuff, where he trained internal and external sales forces as well as internal customer service departments.
“I am very familiar with both Kolpin and Cycle Country brands through my various positions held in distribution and am excited to be an internal member of a great team of people who design and build incredible products,” Urquhart said. “I look forward to working with the customer service team, internal and external sales forces and all customers and dealers.”
