Kawasaki celebrates Team Green’s 30th anniversary with apparel

For 30 years, the Kawasaki Team Green amateur support program has been committed to grassroots racing and nurturing future champions. In fact, Team Green is responsible for producing more national supercross/motocross title winners than any competing program. Ryan Villopoto, 2011 FIM World Supercross champion, continues a long line of Team Green alumni who have conquered the highest levels of the sport.

Now riders can wear special Team Green 30th Anniversary apparel items on their backs. All 30th Anniversary items feature a retro-cool, four-color “Thumbs-Up” logo and are available for a limited time.

“It’s truly rewarding to watch riders progress through our program,” said Reid Nordin, senior manager of Kawasaki racing. “When we look back at all the champions who participated in Team Green programs over the years, it really makes the all-nighters and hot summers in the pits seem worthwhile.”

Kawasaki is offering the following collectable Team Green 30th Anniversary commemorative items: youth, women’s and adult T-shirts; Eisenhower jacket; keychain; embroidered logo patch; ceramic mug; beanie cap; and adjustable cap. View these items at Kawasaki.com/Accessories.
