MAD Maps offers Harley-Davidson iPhone app

MAD Maps has released a Harley-Davidson Map application for iPhone users.

The app offers riders 975 scenic rides in the United States, developed with the help of local riders.

“Our scouts are our product,” MAD Maps founder Jennifer Lefferts said in a press release. “Instead of relying on satellites in the sky, our development depends on real people on the ground.”

Along the scenic routes, riders are pointed to stops along the way and can find the nearest Harley-Davidson dealership using a locator. Also, a Best Western hotel locator is provided, so riders can take advantage of Best Western’s discounted Harley-Davidson rate and the Rider-Friendly program with special amenities for riders.

The map is available for a one-time charge of $4.99 at www.mapmaps.com/iphone.html.
