Cycle Country reports sales increase

Growing sales in the quarter ended March 31 were not enough to offset a $1.4 million net loss for Cycle Country Accessories.

The Iowa-based manufacturer saw net sales increase to $2.66 million for the quarter. That’s up from $2.15 million in the year-ago quarter.

The company also announced in its quarterly report that it will cease operations of two of its divisions, Plazco and Per-Form. Per-Form was a high-performance oil filter for motorcycles and ATVs.
