Exclusive dealership survey to be unveiled in Webinar

What percentage of dealerships have a CRM (Customer Retention Management) system?

And what percentage of dealerships tie their sales staff’s pay plan to the store’s lead management or CRM system?

Those two issues and more will be discussed in an upcoming Webinar that will be free to dealers and the rest of the industry. The event is scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 4 at 1 p.m. Central Time.

Part of the Webinar will reveal results from a national survey of dealers that examine a number of lead management and CRM issues, including what percentage of dealers currently have CRMs.
