BMW’s motorcycle deliveries up through February
BMW is reporting a double-digit percentage increase in its worldwide motorcycle deliveries after the first two months of the year.
Worldwide deliveries increased nearly 25 percent in February to 5,485 units. For January and February, the company’s deliveries have totaled 9,299 motorcycles, a 14.4 percent increase over the year-ago period.
BMW said its revised R 1200 GS, R 1200 GS Adventure and R 1200 RT have contributed to this growth as well as its newly introduced super sport bike, the S 1000 RR.
