Dealership training company acquired by Galt
Galt Enterprises/ServiceGuard Systems Inc. has acquired Powersport University, a dealership training provider.
Galt Enterprises purchased the training provider from founder Peter Jones, who will continue to oversee the company.
“We are very excited to be joining the Galt Enterprises team,” Jones said in a presss release. “This merger will provide us the resources needed to meet our growth objectives for the next several years and allow us to venture into new markets that otherwise would have been outside of our reach.”
Lee Hoffman, president of Galt Enterprises, said, “The addition of Peter and his company will allow us to provide a new level of service to our national dealer base that will assist our clients in growing their businesses throughout the coming years.”
Current Powersport University members will not notice any change and will still be able to work with the same team members they have before, the company said.
