American Honda releases more 2010 models

From the CRF250R (MSRP: $7,199) to the Big Red (MSRP: $11,699), American Honda Motor Co. released its summer 2010 motorcycle, ATV and MUV products.

The release follows the company’s earlier announcements of its 2010 Fury and SH150i and Elite scooters.

The vehicle with the greatest alterations is the new CRF250R. Powersports Press Manager Bill Savino says it has an all-new engine with fuel injection and twin-spar aluminum frame.

“These new 2010 models together with the 2009 and 2010 models already released represent our complete line of off-road, ATV, scooters and side-by-side vehicles,” Savino said in the release. “Later this year, we will be announcing additional street models. We’re excited about the extensive and varied line of products we continue to offer our customers for work and pleasure.”

American Honda will be offering a lineup of Honda Genuine Accessories developed by HRC for the CRF250R and CRF450R (MSRP: TBD). The HRC-branded line will include both functional and cosmetic accessories. More information will be available later this summer.

For additional information on the models, see the Aug. 10th edition of Powersports Business.
