PSB contest provides free dealership training to winning dealer

With the help of two industry partners, Powersports Business is holding a contest that will give free, on-site training to one dealership this spring.

The winner of the event, called the Training Day Contest, will receive a day of training for its sales department and its parts and accessory department. V-SEPT’s Derek Sanders, a trainer and consultant, will be providing the sales department training and Tucker Rocky’s Jennifer Robison, a retail environment specialist, will do the parts and accessory training.

Qualifying for the contest is simple: Dealerships need to fill out a Bold Ideas Contest form that can be found at PowersportsBusiness.com under the heading “All New Dealer Contest.”

Deadline to register is Thursday, May 7. A winner will be announced the following day. The training day will be held in either late May or early June. Powersports Business will be on hand during the day of training to ensure the profitability tips the specialists provide are passed on to its readers.
