Kolpin to acquire part of Premier’s product line
Kolpin Outdoors signed an agreement with Premier Manufactured Products of Ohio to acquire the non-OEM products by the end of February, according a press release from Kolpin.
Premier’s product line fits into Kolpin’s brand, says Tom Lutes, president of Kolpin, and its aim to expand its UTV and molded products categories.
“Premier’s proprietary rapid design-development-tooling process will allow Kolpin to accelerate its molded products offering and custom design products to meet the individual needs of our retail partners,” he said in the release.
The line is made for the Yamaha Rhino, Kawasaki Teryx, Kubota RTV 900 and Polaris Ranger as well as various universal fit ATV products. The products include roofs, center and stereo consoles, from and rear storage/cooler boxes, windshields and seat loungers.
