Former Polaris CEO enters new company position

Polaris Industries’ former CEO Tom Tiller has moved into a new role at the company as a senior program advisor, according to a report Polaris filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Tiller and Polaris amended Tiller’s employment contract in order to provide a description of his new position and responsibilities.

All other terms and conditions of Tiller’s employment agreement remain the same.

Tiller announced in January that he would be stepping down as Polaris’ CEO, and the company named his replacement, Scott Wine, on Sept. 1.
