The Dealer Services Group of Automatic Data Processing (ADP) recently rolled out two new business solutions, the company said in press releases Feb. 11. One, Business Online, is a suite of solutions to help dealers better manage their e-commerce activities. The other, Virtual Marketing Representative Service, is part of the company’s CustomerTouch and Digital Advertising Managed Services.
One optional component of ADP's Business Online, Buy Online, enables dealerships to offer an online vehicle purchase process to Web consumers. With Buy Online, consumers gain the convenience and the dealer maintains control of the sales process. Accuracy is assured with real-time integration to the dealership's dealer management system, including the F&I, credit and vehicle inventory applications.
As part of its Business Online suite, ADP introduced Credit Online, a guided online credit application and pre-approval process for online consumers. Available from a dealer's Web site and delivered in a highly secure environment, ADP's Credit Online is designed to generate finance leads to dealers. It includes a virtual presenter to guide consumers through the process of getting pre-approved.
ADP virtual marketing representatives will work with dealership personnel to review customer demographics and buying patterns, identify and evaluate tactics dealers have executed in the past and pull together a plan that makes sense for specific dealer markets.
