Vance & Hines acquires White Brothers
Vance & Hines announced it bought the White Brothers off-road exhaust line of products and technology, according to a Vance & Hines press release.
Both companies go back to motorcycle racing in the 1970s and evolved into high performance exhaust systems. Vance & Hines, however, serves the on-road market, and White Brothers serves the off-road market.
Vance & Hines President Terry Vance says this move is exciting for the growth of his company. “Having focused our efforts on addressing the explosive demand in the on-road aftermarket, bringing the White Brothers off-road products under the Vance & Hines umbrella will allow us to provide leading off-road products as well,” Vance said. “Further, it will open new avenues for the expansion of our fuel management technology under the Fuelpak brand.”
